In order to reduce the testing efforts the customers from the automotive industry are facing and to improve the quality of the testing results, WKS Informatik offers fully-automated testing systems for the LV124/LV148 automotive standards, RTStand LV124. They come in various hardware layouts, supporting from 8 to 96 analog pins and 2 to 14 bus pins, and can so be built directly for the customer’s actual testing needs.

The modular approach enables the RTStand LV124 to use a generic interface, allowing the customer to test various ECUs with just one system. From LEDs, fans, motors and up to complex sensors such as Lidars, Radars and Utrasonics, the system can support their various testing approaches and can be expanded with custom testing equipment.

Due to the full-automation capability, the system needs little to no interaction during the tests and so, allows engineers to focus on other relevant tasks, saving so important customer resources!
